The spacious terrace had fantastic ocean views.
During my 10-night stay, my apartment was initially infested with cockroaches, which was incredibly disappointing. After moving to another apartment for two nights, I returned to Haciendas IV only to find ongoing maintenance issues that affected my stay. The WiFi was sporadic, and I felt the cleanliness in the apartments was severely lacking, which detracted from my overall experience.

The spacious two-bedroom apartment allowed plenty of room for our family, making it a comfortable stay. The sea views were a standout feature, providing a picturesque backdrop that added to our overall experience.
Upon arrival, we were told our pre-arranged early check-in wasn't ready due to a broken large glass window that left the apartment feeling unsafe. Throughout our ten days, we dealt with unclean conditions, noticeable cracks in tiles, and inconsistency with the WiFi, which often dropped out. an infestation of cockroaches in the first apartment made for an uncomfortable start before we moved to another unit that still had its share of maintenance concerns.

Perfect spot for family fun!
Staying here for 10 nights was nice. The kids loved the outdoor dining area. it was chill and had tasty snacks. The room was big but could use a little sprucing up—furniture felt a bit dated. Still, we enjoyed the close walk to neat bars and restaurants nearby.

The warm reception (especially with the welcome drinks! ) and the multiple pools made our stay enjoyable. Shopping and lovely beaches were a short walk away, and the spacious terrace had fantastic views.

The welcoming atmosphere created by the reception staff was remarkable! Mena and Dolores offered assistance whenever necessary. The pool areas were lovely, ideal for relaxing by the water. The stunning sea view from my apartment added joy to my mornings, making breakfast on the terrace delightful.

The apartment was really spacious, perfect for just a couple. the private balcony was a nice touch too. Kitchen was well-equipped and the shower was excellent. The heated pool was great for the chilly March weather, and the location was pretty peaceful, which we loved. We did have to walk a bit to the bus stop, and the hill was steep—that was a workout!
